We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or simply doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with any tags or packaging intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Products that show significant signs of use or damage not caused by shipping


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at nuevonbrand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you the return instructions and address for sending your item back.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product).


Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is posted.
